About your problem, usually this happens because you land too hard on a hard surface. It honestly isn't much of a problem as long as you are not crashing. Mainly what it does is keep the tail rotor from hitting the ground and breaking. If you are still crashing, you'll probably want to fix it. The key with this heli is that lighter is better, so you might just try some super glue to get it, or if that doesn't work, use a short length of kite string and get it a little wet with super glue. That will hold just about anything, but again the secret is the lighter the better.

If you wanted to try something else, you could also try drilling out that hole just a bit and then regluing the skid, which will end up making the tail skid a bit shorter, but it still should have plenty of clearance. if not, run down to walmart and pick ya up another one for $30 bucks
