Well, I got the zdz210 tuned pipe length correct. Added 6 inches to headers and now have the power I desire.

I sent the 3-w 200 to Aircraft International and They say that the hub did slip on the shaft causing the timing to be out of specs. There is a bolt stripped in the hub so they say I need to replace the hub. They don't make that hub any more and have went to a larger steel hub. (120$). They say they will go through the engine and it will run right when I get it back.
