I'll check my batteries later to see how much charge the EFlite Celectra with Astro blinky balancer is putting onto my LiPos. I'll check the ESky & Thunder power packs I have and give you the cell charge on each cell. Yours does sound charged. Some chargers have different cutoffs in their programming.
