Do any of you know if the De Havilland DH 94 is basically the same as the Klemm L25 ?

I know they resemble but is there anything I may be over looking ? Do you know if the wing cords are the same or the airfoil ?

I would like to get the Jerry Bates De Havilland DH 94 and build it as a Klemm L 25 . So I am starting try to find out a little information.

I know the tail group differ a little but I'm not concerned with that because I can change that pretty easy.

This first picture is the Klemm L 25 and the second is the De Havilland DH 94.
