Crashcrash,
Liz and I are looking, Soo much to do this, like I said two years and it's a done deal. At my daughters house, at night, if the moon or stars aren't out. You can't see your hand in front of you, it's so quite and serene. Like, No Worries Mate. It's two miles off the main country road, then a gravel road about a mile to her house. Gotta love it, I will shortly. Another picture looking Southwest. I still watch the "Rifleman" everynight.
Get that secret project done and post some pictures and a video.

Dave....what you took a picture of is what surrounds me. I live 1/4 mile outside the city limits but the actual town is across a river and has a total of 2 traffic lights....you will love it!
About a week ago I had 5 deer watching me fly the heli in the field they were eating in. When they decided I wasn't a danger...they ate and looked up on occasion the the heli(LOL).
They were very unalarmed.
Project...still working on that in my head. I've basically walked away from it for a few days. I'm not going to butcher it up...I want it to look scale as possible and the electric tail motor is the way to accomplish that. I'm guessing maybe an EFlite TX and RX might solve the rudder problem but still, I'm dealing with a considerable more amount of torque than with the standard 370 motor. I'm even thinking coreless tail motor with seperate ESC for the rudder in combination with the gyro...if that makes any sense to you. I got a feeling that a coreless motor will need special provisions for mounting too. I'm still kicking things around in my head here.
