do you mean the antenna wire was hanging low at the back and dragging the ground? I have ran a lot of antenna wires attached close to the tale wheel and out the back on trike gear airplanes, and haven’t had any problems with that set up, but only about 3 to 4 inches hanging outside of the airplane. is it possible that the throttle clevis came loose from either the carburetor or servo? did you check the all the servo connections and control surface connections after the crash. also I would recommend doing what aerowoof suggested to be on the safe side. send the radio and rx in to be tested.
