Just a quick question, and I don't think it's off topic ..

Can you Rit Dye the bumpers and roll bar etc.

I'd like to make basically my whole truck YELLOW!!
Only if they are white plastic to begin with. Otherwise there are shops that will annodize aluminum and others that will powder coat metal. Past that you're pretty much left painting stuff. If you do your prep properly (clean, break any glaze, prime, use the right paint, etc) painting will last a good long while for most applications.
