The whole thing vibrated tremendously, probably cause I didn't balance the prop, but the thing was shot to peices, including the engine in the space of 1 hour

Mine was the same way.....front of fuse vibrates like mad with a slightly unbalanced prop. Mine flies great and have had little trouble with it. Once prop was balanced properly, the only other problem I had was the covering on LE of wing coming loose. Nothing alcohol and an iron couldn't fix. Great flying plane.
