Most LHS don't care what you ask for. They try to sell you what they have. Be very careful when dealing with these people. Most act like they know everything under the sun. Don't believe it. IF he had that much on the ball, he probably wouldn't be working in a hobby shop.
This statement stands true for about 60% of the hobby shops in the Houston area. A few weeks back I was in one with a pimply faced kid pointing to the elevator on a plane and arguing with a customer that it was the ailerons. This was 20 minutes after I had to listen to him tell me and/or anyone within earshot what an awesome pilot he was. Anways I just laughed it off and only bought what I came in for. By the way before I left I did make it a point to ask the other customer "when did they move the ailerons to the tail of extra 330's". All I got was a big smile
