When I first got to thinking about building one, that was exactly what I was going to do - steel brake line. It's cheap and easy to get.

But then I got to thinking, would it be strong enough? It's hollow inside so that has me a little worried.

If I do go this route, what kind of sheetmetal would you recommend?
