Do not know if any others have the same hole location, that is going to be a tuff one. You could take it off and go to the hobby shop and try to match up or.........
Buy a mount that fits, measure in between the mounting holes and find the vertical and horizontal center line for the fire wall, this will be important for the new mount, it must be center for correct thrust line.
do not worry about the other holes, the wall will be plenty strong enuff, I would dowel pin the wall tho....seeing that you are using an engine out of spec.
I have used alternate mounts in the past and here is what i did:
Drill the hole for the mount and blind nuts, make sure the blind nuts fit in easy from the front side.....then run a piece of long wire from the front of the wall into the fuse, place the blind nut on the wire and let it slide down to the wall, then take a small diameter pvc pipe and slide that down the wire and use it to pound the blind nut started, then take the mounting screw and some washers and tighten the nut down from the front side.
Worked for me
hope this helps

Hi All,
I just bought a Hanger9 Cap 232 .40 size ARF.
I want to put my OS.61 engine in it but the metal engine mount that comes with it, pre-installed, does not adjust and it is too narrow (only 35mm wide).
A). Is it possible that Hanger 9 (or anyone else) makes a larger engine mount that has the same location of the bolt holes so I don't have to put in new blind nuts (sometimes tough and a real pain with an ARF).
OR
B). If I have to put in new blind nuts and a new mount, how can I be sure I am putting them in the right spot, and does anyone know any tips on putting in blind nuts where I will have to "reach for it" to get them to fit in.
PS Do I need to worry about filling the old blind nut holes in the firewall if I indeed need to go with option B.
