Default RE: Chargers

Read here first. http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=197410

If you decide to jump into Lipo from the outset... not a bad move really.... then something like a Cellpro Balancing Charger will serve your needs. Only if you decide to use a variety of packs (NiCd, NiMh, Lipo etc) would you need a multipurpose charger.

As far as connectors... yes, there are an infinite number... you need to make a decision to use only the one or two types best suited to your needs. For example I do use Ultra Deans for connecting equipment for my test stand... but for connecting packs to ESC's to motors all I use are MP Jet Gold Connectors (just 3 sizes - 1.8mm/2.5mm/3.5mm)... that covers all my flying needs/equipment from 2A to 80A!

If you intend to fly small stuff MicroDeans are good, or you can standardize to some other brand of bullet (avoid JST's like the plague!).
