Artie was this an ebay purchase or does he have a website? how did you hear about him ? never heard of him i do hope hes not another scammer.have you paid him any money yet i do hope not.
Mart et all. I could really use your help. I won 3 ebay auctions for boats, paid immediately, and never received anything. I got emails from him stating he sent them to the wrong address and got it back and he was going to resend with delivery confirmation. Now he is ignoring my emails and more than 60 days has passed so I have no recourse with ebay or Paypal.
Any suggestions?
