With the whole "variable blade pitch" why can't you rev up the motor instead (save on serovs...)
If you want to fly any 3D or inverted then negative pitch is needed also so a fixed pitch would not work .
Other than that I have absolutely nothing of value to add to this thread , it is making my head hurt ...LOL
