Default E-Savage, E-Zilla Whats the difference? Please help

Hi guys. My son is just reaching 8 years old and he is starting to take interest in my long loved hobby (RC). I have had alot of Nitro and Electric RC's. Planes, boats, monster trucks, cars, and micro RC's. I have an LST2 that I am selling because, first I would need to buy another LST2 for us to have matching trucks and we live in kind of a quite neighborhood. So Just to make sure he was interested I bought us a couple of Mini Quakes. We raced on the sidewalk and in the parking lot alot and had lots of fun. So I wanted to step it up a little for us, so I got a couple of MLST's. Those were alot of fun also but we both wanted something a little bigger. So I am looking for a couple of E_maxx's and while on my search I learned of the new E-Savage and E-Zilla. I would really rather have two E-Maxx's and I want to make sure they are the widemaxx editions and I would really like to get new ones with the new EVX-2 esc's. But I have alot of stuff I need to sell first. So while trying to sell or trade off some of my stuff I ran across a guy that has both a E-Maxx and an E-Zilla for trade. He says the E-Zilla is basically the same as the E-Savage. But I know there has to be some difference but I don't know what it is. So Please help me. I need to know what the difference is. This guy is under the impression that the parts are interchangeable, but I just read in another forum that they are not. Just the bodies and wheels are. What can you guys tell me about the two? Also I am trying to figure out why the E-Zilla is not on the HPI USA sight.
Thanks for anyhelp you can give.
