the ezilla can handle down to a 12T the traxxas 12T 550 is nothing for it, the 12T 540 size can motors get the esc warm, so a small fan is nice to keep it cool. the evx, or the new evx i guess it can Handel less cause all i have seen is 19t 550, so i dunno on that part.

a nice upgrade is the air screw motors from tower, give it a nice 3-5mph gain, with out losing any power, i believe its a 19t, the stock is 20+ something.

most of the cheap motors out there drop in to the e-savy, and, there a video some where, from a guy who bought 2 motors for his ezilla/savy for 8bucks each and were 2x better then stock.
