I know that, but I think someone once told me that about the RPM's. That doesn't necisarily mean it's right. I guess that answers your turn question "equivelent" to a "good" 9-10 turn motor. I'm 30 with a college education for computer networking, I know kv is the abreviation for kilovolt.
