Link,,, The answer is always Yes take the maiden, Glow plugs can kill you once in a while, I've even had bad ones right out of the package, first thing I do to check the motor is to make sure the side of the engine says OS Max. change out the glow plug 2nd,, Blow the fuel lines clear with the needle valve out 3rd, replace the fuel lines in case of pin holes or a slice 4th, if that all fails throw an estes rocket engine on the thing.

and the video was taken from my Kodak snapshot camera, not the best choice of video production, that was zoomed in all the way.
DownT, yes the well is getting lower at this point, good thing the well next to that one has tons of balsa, zap and epoxy in it. Time is not something I have at all, at this point in the game I sacrifice much needed beauty sleep for the re-builds, under any circumstance I will have something to fly every weekend during our short season,,, that you can bank on... Serenading the gray rockers is fitting because I'm just as gray, maybe slightly less, which I thought I could stay a step ahead of them, I was wrong... LOL
My 4 year old radio also had the antenna break loose from inside the box a few weeks ago, so I opened it up and re drilled a new hole below the broken spot to hold the antenna, and also had to solder the wire back in, well the same thing happened again this weekend, I can't believe how weak the plastic is that holds the antenna in, I thought I did a real nice job fixing the broken part and not doing a cob job or quick fix, apparently I was wrong, so now I'm wondering if my box maybe having a problem because of the antenna connections and this may be the reason for the demise of waldos fleet lately,[&o] its a Futaba box which I swear by. I'm sure it was my battered planes more then the box, but it does have me wondering now, only 3 planes left in the fleet and 2 back under construction.
Timc, you'll only here me laughing during such crashes, been doing this too long for me to use the naughty words in the midst of a catastrophy. my only concern during the mig crash was the feeling I had thinking I was about to fork over enough money to buy my friend a new T_ _ _ T 60 because I thought I just trashed it, luckily I only knocked it off the table with the wing tip of the mig, so my funds for my new T_ _ _ T are still mine

I'll have to go back to the video and see who used such atrosities from their vocal chords. It could have been me, but I don't think it was.
well back to the workshop,, happy flying all
