Yes Dar --A 2 blade will swing nore RPM's in an 8x6 but I'm sticking my neck out predicting the 3 blade will unload nicely in the air on a small Shrike. An 8x7 two blade would be a good choice. In 9" you have to get to a 3D type pitch for a 25 and he doesn't want power but speed.
