Using the KV gives you a ballpark of how fast you can push your vehicle. Just factor in voltage drop, minus some 100 Kv's, amps, and you come pretty close, before wind resistance, rolling resistance and such comes into major play. In my case, my calcutions are near close up too 60mph, after that it becomes harder to go faster. The only thing that will help me gain few more MPH's is weight loss and a new body.

So in Swenson case, I can say that he is able to go up too 60mph with ease, with the right tires + batteries with the 5700KV motor. Reaching that 70MPH is really hard to do with the 5700 motor.
