RE: RC-POWER 601BC BALANCE CHARGER/DISCHARGER.
To take your charger apart first remove both side plates, grab one of the buttons on top with a pair of pliers and pull it out it won't be hard do this for all 4 buttons, slide the top plate to the left to unplug the fan, now you can slide the top out to the right.
