Took it apart after hacking/drilling the screws out and the piston/sleeve are junk. A piece of coil from one of the blow glowplugs frll into the engine and got caught in between the piston/sleeve. I dont have the money for something like this so I might must convert it to electric for a while if I can find a usable pinion.
Almost a month ago(on the first page) I suggested a head shim, should have tried it then, maybe your engine wouldn't be toast!
