You've both been a great help to me. At least I know what the "ballpark" is. And Bob you're right a fair price is what a willing buyer and seller agree upon. What I was looking for (and got here) was was a "range" or an idea of what was acceptable. RCU has always been the place to turn to for good advice or ideas because of guys like you. Thanks again!
