Default Pitch problems

Okay here is my problem. Been trying for two days to figure this out. Since buying my Venture I had not even checked the pitch curves. Decided to buy a pitch gauge and check them out. They were terrible. At low stick I was at +2, at medium it was around +10, and off the chart at high stick. Decided that I would have no shot at a proper auto with these settings.

I set them like the book says low stick -2, half stick +5, and high stick +10. Recentered the servos, adjusted the linkages, and put it all back in place. Rechecked them and everything was cool. Keep in mind that I had to go into the CCPM and adjust the pitch from +65 to +81 to get enough for the -2 at low stick.

I left my throttle curve the same 0%, 50%, 100% as that is what the book says to do. Now it seems like my engine is over reving and won't get off the ground. I don't really understand this because the heli should take off real good and the engine should have an easier time with the proper pitch settings.

Please help me if you can. I have a JR X378 radio. I would be interested if somebody could give me their numbers for pitch, throttle, and CCPM and let me compare them to mine. Maybe I could figure out what my problem is. Thanks in advance.
