Default Elevator Aileron seperation problem

Blade CP PRO 3 in 1 no heading Gyro.

Brand new out of the box pre flite testing.

Everything tested correctly except for the Ele Ail seperation.

Testing is as follows:

Placed heli on table with the skids clamped to the table.
Set all trims on transmitter to center except the main rotor power to down.
Turned transmitter on.
Plug battery to the 3 in 1 and it armed correctly.
While looking at th heli from the front at eye level with the rotor
I increased the rotor speed to 50%. There is no wabble and no viberations.
With the rotor speed at 50% I moved the Elv stick forward a small amount
and all is fine there is no movement in the Ail. When I increase the Elv more forward
THe Ail kick in and the rotor tilts to one side along with the rotor tilting forward towards
the front of the heli like it is supposed to do. The problem is the aileron tilt is happening
at the same time with no aileron action on the stick.

It looks like there is cross talk between the Ele and the Ail.

Now what I need to know is where do I start to trouble shoot this problem and fix it before
I make my first flite and do a flip into the ground on lift off.

In my past experience with fixed wing aircraft if I get cross talk between servos I replace
the receiver with a better one that doesn't have cross talk.

IF this is the case on the CP PRO will there be a fix for it by replacing the 3 in 1 or replacing
the transmitter. Or will the supplier trade out the whole CP PRO for a good working unit?

Best regards
Toby
