eventvwr showed some stuff but nothing that i could tell was of use. But i am no expert. THe file system is ntfs on all systems. And i am not sure about subnet or it belonging to another doamian.

when i go to netowork places and view work group computers it says mshome on all but on the computer that is not connecting there is nothing in the folder.
