Unplug both the main and tail motors. Then again plug in your battery and try the servo movements. With out the rotor turning it is easier to see how the servo's react to your inputs. As you increase the throttle all three servo's should lower at the same time.
When I purchased my Blade CP Pro, one of the rear servo's was bad and did not move and gave the affect of a uncommanded turn.
