Default RE: Supertigre Engine issues

Good idea.. then swap it for an OS

I take it that you are able to turn the engine over? You can get the piston beyond the center of rotation, a complete rotation of the prop with compression on the up-stroke?

You may have to much fuel in the engine. Perhaps remove the glow plug and turn the engine over with an electric starter for a few seconds to get some of that fuel out, turn it upside down and see if excess fuel runs out of the carb and try again?

You turned the needle valve all the way in till it stops then turned it out the recommended number of turns for the initial start? And your glow plug is actually good? May wish to swap it out with a new one and try again.

But that fuel coming out the bushing seal at the prop shaft does not sound good.

If all else fails, do bring it back and see if the LHS can help you out with that.

THEN, get yourself an OS..
