I have torn several CA hinges that come stock in most ARFs doing extreme 3D. They don't pull out, they rip across the crease. A few years ago I began using the blue CA hinges made for 1/4 scale planes. They have two plys with a thin plastic sheet between them. They may be made by Radio South as mentioned above. I have never had one pull out or rip. They are cheap and can be found in most LHS.
