My 110 seems to be running quiet well except after I taxi out to the runway and advance the throttle even a little, it quits requiring a restart. The transition from idle to full throttle is somewhat slow. I just switched to 30/23 fuel (from 20/20), made three flights over the weekend. The engine always died on final. Top end was strong. It did respond for a couple of missed approaches. Does the low end need to be leaned or richened?
