SURRENDER !!UNCLE!! I am taking the damn thing over to the field and selling it ..I have never tried as hard as I have to make what I thought would be a simple radio program. The radio is screwed up and nothing is working.I think I am getting back to a simple 5 channel set up as I have tottally failed with this.all I wanted I thought was 2 servos on each wing to work as an aileron and then when I wanted just flip a swtich or slider and get some flaps.the crow is a million miles away and likely past history.man this has been so frustrating..
I feel your pain. The first Ultra Stick I had I built with the quad flaps and flew it for about 4 years before a friend drove her into the ground. I'm now on my second and I skipped the quad flaps. I very rarely used the special mixes and wanted a plane to just take out and chase around with. I do feel that the conventional setup makes a more "precise" feeling plane. I don't know if that has more to do with the reduced weight or the one piece full length ailerons.

In response to your old question; everything was functional when I followed the Futaba instructions. I could mix the ail-flp, ail-elev, crow, ect.

What ever configuration you choose, keep at it. The ultra sticks are great planes.
