Tad Krzanowski & Bob Wilcox did L-39's using the original Golden West turbines for the James Bond "Tommorrow Never Dies" movie. Tad still sells a variation of this model via his Golden West Models shop. Bob & Tad were partnered in the movie special effects business there for awhile.
