Plastic cups over the air filter
Jas, i think the plastic caps are to cover the carburator so no foreign object or dirt will get in in time of cleaning it.
smauler81, try dismantling the whole center diff assembly and reassemble it so you could check and see what parts are missing, did you not forget putting the shims? i had that problem before but i think i have forgotten what i did hhhmmm :-)
