I have seen some longer than usual repairs but not excessive like some others on this thread. I own a service business in the petroleum industry and have people working 24-7 365 days a year and understand the challenges of keeping customers happy, call backs on repairs,making money and having some free time for yourself.Most of us have several motors / jets to fly and when one is down then you drag out old reliable but there are others with one motor and short flying season so the pressure is on.As the old saying goes, you can`t make everyone happy. Bob Wilcox is a class act and imo Jetcat USA will be around long after the others pack it in.
