Try: 1) Turn off your DX7 and receiver wait 30 seconds 2) Power up the DX7 and wait at least 15 seconds for the TX to aquire two free "channels" 3) turn on the receiver and wait for it to aquire your TX. ?

A fact that people forget is: the transimitter has to find two open channels before it will transmit a signal and bind.
