Heres the cap values.
Capacitor "1"
(if defective replace after the test by 22 ... 33 nF / 100 volts / foil type, not an SMD/SMT type)

Capacitor "2"
(if defective replace after the test by 22 ... 33 nF / 100 volts / foil type, not an SMD/SMT type)

Capacitor "3"
(if defective replace after the test by 100 nF / 100 volts / foil type, not an SMD/SMT type)
