When we changed ours the past signers were not present.
We took in the minutes of the meedings where the new officers were elected/appointed and that was all that was required.
We are in Calif so your laws may be different.
Talk to the bank and see what is required.
If there is a problem at least get the funds frozen until everything can be resolved.
