I never understood how those chickens could keep their feathers throughout the trip in those open coops on the trailer. Seems like you'd have a bunch of bald chickens at the "end of the line"


I'm a Registered Nurse, worked in the Operating Room for almost 24 years. Sowega, I hope your back is in better shape than mine. Statistically, nurses and truck drivers have the highest incidence of job-related back injuries of any professions. I primarily work with neurosurgeons and orthopedic surgeons, "fixing" necks and backs.

We had a driver get pulled over by a D.O.T. officer when he saw feathers coming off the truck...the officer thought it was litter
Fortunately, after 15 years, I still have a strong back...it's my mind that I'm worried about!
