Default Need help choosing a speed control

Im trying to decide which ESC to run on a EFlite Diamante 25E. When I ordered the plane from Horizon, one of the options was a Phoenix 60, so I got it. After reading the instructione, it clearly states that when running a 4S, it is recomended to disable the bec and run a separate RX bat to power the servos.
My question is,with EFlite outrunner BL32 motor, what is the best ESC to run? It seems like a 60amp esc would be plenty big enough to power a 4S setup. Am I missing something? I was also thinking of useing the Phoenix 60 (BEC Disabled) along with an Align 3amp BEC/voltage regulator and a FP 1800mah receiver pack.
And lastly, I realize this plane is fairly new, but has anyone else out there put one together, and if so, what are you running in it?
Thanks
