The Phoenix 60 is a great quality ESC, and I don't think there is any ESC that can run 4S with the BEC working. The problem is that the ESC must accurately deliver the switching pulses to the b/l motor using the 14.8 volts supplied, and then must use a duty-cycle switching scheme to regulate the voltage to ~5 V for the BEC side of things, and it's too much voltage differential for a simple circuit board to handle. They could make them, of course, but the end result would be much more expensive, and the number of users who'd buy them is too limited for the manufacturers to get interested.
Just buy the separate BEC / UBEC and go with it - they don't weigh much at all. It sounds like you have a good setup there.
