A 2cycle engine runs on a certian ammount of what they call back pressure and without some kind of muffler you don't have that, besides that where you going to get pressure for your fuel tank? Now if you had a 4cycle engine it might be a lot different because the valves take over and supply the pressure for combustion............sorry M8 bad idea[&:]
