The Phoenix 60 is a great quality ESC, and I don't think there is any ESC that can run 4S with the BEC working.
I agree the Phx-60 is a great ESC but the Scorpion speed controls are rated to 4S lipo out of the box.

My friends and I use several of these ESC's with no issues so far. Check them out, I will be getting more.
