hi everyone. Im setting up my ucd 46 and need some help with the tank installation.The manual is kind of vague.Anyone have any helpful hints on tank setup or maybe some pictures.Do you just wrap it with foam and stick it in the front of fuse.Manual says glue a balsa block to hold in place.Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks Dave
ive always done mine just as the manual says. have had two and there are no issues with it.
i have used two different methods to fuel, one being a fuel dot(which i think is best) and the great planes easy fueler valve, which worked well till it started seeping fuel, which also means it could suck air also.
but what ever you do...re-inforce the LG, i used two screws as in the pic, just make sure you drill the holes offset to the two LG mount screws
