I agree with you. the install is straight forward. I have the larger size UCD but the gear must be "beefed" up on both sizes. I used the 2 screws like you did and also put another block down inside the gear plate to reinforce it. I have seen the 46 size fly and it is just as sweet as the next size up. I just fill from the carb fuel line on the Saito 100. I have had too much trouble with "fueller Valves" over the years. ( all of them will fail and "sucking air" is not a good thing )
