The engines can run rough and vibrate more if they are too rich on the regulator adjustment.

If you sent it to YS Parts and Service in the USA...then the engine was run before it was sent back to you. My suggestion is that you are having issues with mixture adjustments or possible a fuel issue.


Another possibility is that your prop is out of balance. This could cause excessive vibration also.
