I think it is just as well you move on to something else as it takes a lot of dedication and patience to deal with RC. I have observed a lot on newcomers start out at a fast pace and over-do it like you did. All the Bells and Whistles will not overcome experiance and I doubt you enjoy the necessary but mundane parts of RC to be successful.
