Excellent trouble shooting, your fortunate to have all the spare parts to get 'er back in the air. I'm back and will be more so in a few weeks.

Using the process of elimination and fortunate enough to have a well stocked repair kit (had spare crystals [different channel], a second controller, and a couple receivers) I was able to figure out that a BAD RECEIVER was the problem.
So, with a new receiver installed.... I'm Back in the Air!
Wheeeeeeeeeeee.................... B.O.B!
