Default SST Simple Scratch Trainer

Here is an LT 40 knock off Simple Scratch Trainer:
This was built with two pieces of door molding as the main fuse. A firewall of plywood fastened with tristock and fiberglass. tail is conventional balsa square stick and monokote. cabin is 1/4 balsa with tristock corners. ( the tristock extends to the bottom of the main rails and the "box" is NOT glued until the end to allow for balencing)
Wing is 4 mil coro sign(bottom) and 2 mil coro (top) with yard stick and 1/2" foam spar (or yardstick only as per the SPADET).
Arrow shaft push rods and recycled landing gear and wheels. (note the landing gear mounting) It flys even slower than my LT 40 as the wing span is equal but this has airfoil all the way out to where the conventional tips end. It is built over LT 40 plans for moments, engine angle, etc.
You may recognize the fuse style is very similar to a Balsa USA stick. Extremely easy to set up and repair.
