What fuel are you running? When you take the air filter off how much of a gap do you have on the slide? Once you get it started lightly goos the throttle and give it more and more every time. Keep the glow plug on it to keep the plug hot adn try running it a little. The Low speed needle might bee a little too rich. You can turn it in about 1/16 turn at a time.
