Second guessing the next issue will be the factory setting which is now history but doesn't matter anyways.

Open you barrel just a bit to an approximate idle position-this isn't much.

Then close the low end needle.

Next Open the high maybe -2-3 turns

Next attach a fuel line to the carb nipple long enough to blow in

Now Blow into the tube and open the low end until you hear a hissing noise.

This should now be good enough to get you going and dial in from from their
